INGREDIENTS
40g wasabi paste
1 tbsp mirin
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp salt
2 cups (350g) freeze-dried peas
Baking tray, sprayed with oil
METHOD
Whisk together the wasabi, mirin, rice vinegar and salt in a mixing bowl.
Place the peas in the bowl and toss well to coat with the mixture.Â
Arrange the peas on the prepared tray, ensuring they are spaced apart.
Place in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes at 180°C (350°F), removing the basket and shaking once or twice during cooking.
