Spicy Sweet Potato Chips

INGREDIENTS

2 medium sweet potatoes
2 tbsps avocado or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp chilli powder

 

METHOD

Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

Cut the sweet potatoes into evenly sized chips. Place in a large bowl.

Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and spices. Toss to coat evenly.

Transfer to the air fryer and cook for about 20 minutes shaking the basket every 5 minutes. 

When crispy and tender remove from the fryer and serve.
