INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp brown sugar
½ tsp each salt and pepper
2 tsps paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme leaves
1 tsp sesame seeds
¼ tsp cayenne pepper
1kg (2lb) pork ribs
Barbecue sauce to serve
METHOD
Combine sugar, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, thyme, sesame seeds and cayenne pepper. Massage mixture into ribs.
Place ribs in one layer in the air fryer. Cook for 20 minutes at 150°C (300°F), turning halfway through.
Brush with barbecue sauce to serve.
