INGREDIENTS
1 x 400g (14oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 tbsp olive oil
¼ tsp salt
3 tsps ground cumin
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsps paprika
METHOD
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Transfer to a large mixing bowl. Add olive oil, salt and spices. Toss well to coat.
Place chickpeas in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, shaking the basket once or twice during cooking.
When crispy remove from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving,
