Pigs-in-Blankets

 

INGREDIENTS

500g (1lb) cocktail franks, separated

8 rashers streaky bacon, halved

 

METHOD

Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).

Wrap each cocktail frank in a half rasher of bacon and place seam-side down in a single layer into the air fryer basket lined with foil or a baking tray that will fit in air fryer. 

Cook for 8-10 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and fully cooked. 

Serves 8
