INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup (80ml, 3fl oz) coconut oil, melted
1/3 cup (105g) maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
¼ cup (65g, 2oz) macadamia butter
2/3 cup (80g, 3oz) almond meal
1/3 cup (35g, 1¼ oz) raw cacao powder
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1/3 cup (40g, 1½ oz) macadamias, chopped
Cake tin
METHOD
Grease and line cake tin with greaseproof paper. Preheat the air fryer to 160°C (320°F).
Add coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, eggs and macadamia butter to a large bowl. Mix well, then add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.
Pour batter into cake tin and place in air fryer. Cook for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting up.
