INGREDIENTS
1 x 400g (14oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cumin (optional)
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsps sesame seeds
METHOD
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Place into a large bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. Toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Transfer the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes, removing the basket and stirring three times at regular intervals during cooking. Continue to cook at 1 minute intervals until the chickpeas are golden and crunchy.
