INGREDIENTS
1 x 400g (14oz) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cumin (optional)
¼ tsp saltÂ
2 tbsps sesame seeds
METHOD
Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Place into a large bowl and add all the remaining ingredients. Toss to coat.
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
Transfer the mixture into the air fryer basket and cook for 20Â minutes, removing the basket and stirring three times at regular intervals during cooking. Continue to cook at 1Â minute intervals until the chickpeas are golden and crunchy.
