INGREDIENTS
4 skin-on chicken thighs
1 packet (165g, 6oz) honey mustard finishing sauce
METHOD
Line the air fryer basket with foil and lay the chicken pieces skin-side up in a single layer.Â
Spoon the honey mustard sauce over the chicken. Cover the top with foil to bake the chicken.
Bake for 12 minutes at 200°C (400°F), then take out of the air fryer. Discard the foil and reduce temperature to 185°C (365°F). Return to cook for a further 10 minutes.
