INGREDIENTS
1 medium, crusty baguette
1 clove garlic
3-4 tbsps olive oilÂ
150g (5oz) cream cheese
1 cup (50g, 2oz) sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
¼ cup (5g, ¼ oz) roughly chopped parsley leaves
METHOD
Preheat air fryer at 190°C (375°F) for 3 minutes.Â
Cut the baguette into slices. Slice garlic clove in half and generously rub the top of each bread slice with the garlic.
Brush each slice with olive oil.
Working in batches, place bread slices in one even layer in air fryer basket and cook for 3-4Â minutes until golden brown. Repeat with remaining bread.
Spread each slice with cream cheese and top with sun-dried tomatoes. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Scatter over parsley to serve.Â
