INGREDIENTS
2 cups (250g, 9oz) pecans
2 tbsps MCT oil or melted butter
¼ tsp salt
2 tsps cinnamon
2 tbsps maple syrup
METHOD
Place the pecans in a large bowl. Drizzle with oil or butter. Sprinkle with salt and cinnamon and toss to combine.
Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook at 160°C (320°F) for 18- 20 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
When crispy remove from air fryer and drizzle with maple syrup. Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm.
Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the pies look golden brown and crispy.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
