INGREDIENTS
Cooking spray
1 egg
1 tsp water
1 sheet puff pastry
ΒΌ cup (75g, 3oz) chocolate hazelnut spread
METHOD
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray.
In a small mixing bowl, beat together the egg and water.
Lay out puff pastry on a flat work surface and then brush with egg wash.
Spread with chocolate hazelnut spread.
Fold the puff pastry in half.
Using a pizza cutter, cut the filled puff pastry into long strips.
Holding each strip at both ends twist the dough two or three times.
Place the twists into the air fryer basket.Β
Cook at 175Β°C (350Β°F) for 10-12Β minutes, until golden brown, flipping halfway through cooking.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
