INGREDIENTS
2 skin-on salmon fillets
Olive oil cooking spray
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
¼ tsp dried oregano
1 tsp brown sugar
METHOD
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Dry salmon fillets with paper towel. Spray with olive oil.
Combine seasonings, spices, herbs and brown sugar in a shallow dish. Press flesh sides of fillets into seasoning.
Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray and place salmon fillets skin-side down. Spray salmon once again.
Cook for 8 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes before serving.
