INGREDIENTS
2 cups (200g, 7oz) cauliflower florets
½ red onion, sliced
2 tbsps peanut oil
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsps garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 cup (250ml, 8fl oz) hot sauce
1 tbsp melted butter
METHOD
Preheat air fryer to 200°C (400°F).
Place cauliflower and onion in a large bowl with oil, salt and pepper. Toss to coat. Arrange in air fryer basket.
Cook for 8 minutes, shaking halfway through cooking.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, mix well, then baste cauliflower with sauce. Cook basted cauliflower for 7 minutes, shaking once more during cooking.
