INGREDIENTS
250g (9oz) Camembert wheel
2 tsps honey
Pinch of salt
3 thyme sprigs
2 fresh figs, quartered
METHOD
Remove any packaging then return the Camembert to its wooden box, or place on greaseproof paper in a small ovenproof dish.
Score a deep cross or a cross-hatch pattern on the top rind of the cheese. Drizzle with 1Â teaspoon honey and sprinkle with salt and the leaves of one sprig of thyme.Â
Place in air fryer and cook at 160°C (320°F) for 8‑10 minutes until soft and gooey.Â
Remove from air fryer and place on a serving dish. Scatter with remaining thyme, place the figs around the cheese and drizzle over remaining honey.Â
