INGREDIENTS
250g (9oz) Camembert wheel
2 tsps honey
Pinch of salt
3 thyme sprigs
2 fresh figs, quartered
METHOD
Remove any packaging then return the Camembert to its wooden box, or place on greaseproof paper in a small ovenproof dish.
Score a deep cross or a cross-hatch pattern on the top rind of the cheese. Drizzle with 1 teaspoon honey and sprinkle with salt and the leaves of one sprig of thyme.
Place in air fryer and cook at 160°C (320°F) for 8‑10 minutes until soft and gooey.
Remove from air fryer and place on a serving dish. Scatter with remaining thyme, place the figs around the cheese and drizzle over remaining honey.
