INGREDIENTS
500g (1lb) chicken mince
1 cup (125g, 4oz) breadcrumbs
ΒΌ cup (60ml, 2fl oz) chicken stock
1 egg
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tsps sesame oil
2 tsps soy sauce
Small piece fresh ginger, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
ΒΌ tsp saltΒ
ΒΌ tsp pepper
ΒΌ tsp brown sugar
Lime wedges, to serve
ΒΌ cup (70g, 2Β½Β oz) sweet chilli sauce, to serve
METHOD
Mix together chicken mince, breadcrumbs, chicken stock, egg, spring onions, sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper and brown sugar. Divide into 16 portions. Roll into meatballs.
Preheat air fryer to 175Β°C (350Β°F).
Place meatballs in single layer in air fryer, working in batches if needed. Cook for 10-12Β minutes, turning halfway through cooking, until golden brown and cooked through. Repeat with remaining meatballs.
Serve with lime wedges and sweet chilli sauce.Β
