INGREDIENTS
1 sheet shortcrust pastry
Cooking spray
50g marzipan
1/3 cup (110g, 4oz) apricot jam
METHOD
Lay pastry sheet on a flat work surface. Using a round pastry cutter or a sharp knife cut out 12 pastry rounds to fit into a tart tin suitable for your air fryer.
Spray air fryer with cooking spray, then press pastry rounds into hollows of tart tin.Â
Spoon equal amounts of jam into each pastry case.
Roll marzipan into 12 equally sized balls. Place one into the centre of each tart.Â
Transfer tart tin to air fryer and cook tarts at 160°C (320°F) for 8‑12 minutes until golden brown.
