INGREDIENTS
1 apple
1 cup (115g, 4oz) blanched almond meal
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt
METHOD
Core and cut apple into chunks. Place in a food processor and blend into a puree, scraping down sides as needed.
Place almond meal in a medium bowl. Add the apple puree, cinnamon and salt. Mix well.
Line air fryer basket with greaseproof paper.
Working in batches, use a tablespoon to scoop small mounds of dough onto the greaseproof paper. Space evenly apart.
Bake in the air fryer at 160°C (320°F) for 12‑15 minutes until golden brown and firm to the touch.
Transfer to a cooling rack and cool completely. Repeat with remaining dough.
