Natalie Winter

An accomplished and award-winning designer, Natalie’s talents are in transforming your ideas and words into something that looks incredible. She grasps ideas and concepts easily and from there sees beyond the obvious to develop compelling and original books that stand out from the competition.


Working with photographic, illustrative and typographical approaches, Natalie will always find the perfect mix of elements to give your book the right look. She approaches her work with passion, always striving for the best possible result. She brings a deft and beautiful touch to her design work meaning that every book she creates is a pleasure to have and to hold.


Over the past 10 years Natalie has designed more than 100 books and has worked for the top publishing companies in Australia.


In 2006 Natalie won the Young Designer of the Year at the Australian Publishers Association Book Design Awards.


In 2010, her design for The Tomorrow Book by Jackie French won the Picture Book of the Year at the APA Book Design Awards.


In 2012, five of her covers were shortlised at the APA Book Design Awards.
